A Big Rain!
Below are some pictures taken by me during a big rain.
The rain water overflow! This is an example of bad design of drainage system. Vik, hope that you wont design a drain like this in the future. The capacity of the drain is too low to handle the volume of the rain water.
This is the drain one the other side of my house. It has the same problem.
This is my mum’s mango tree. The tree was blown by strong wind and it fell. I can see the root of the tree.
This was caused by the strong wind.

How do you know it’s clean? The drain is connected throughout the whole area. Have you walked around to see? If one area is blocked, even if it’s not the area around your house, the whole place gets flooded.
Pics taken yesterday during that big rain.

to vik: Of cause i know it’s clean cause i ever walk and see. Only the rain water of drain along Jalan Seladah was overflow. The water was flowing to the drain at Jalan Kempas. The drain water at Jalan Kempas was not overflow. It would take you more than 3 mins to walk around and see.
To TCT: The pic was taken near my house.

That means somewhere between Kempas and Seladah, there’s a blockage. Better go clean it up.
